OTGRA Gatherings

The Oklahoma Tribal Gaming Regulators Association presented the 2010 OTGRA Regulator of the Year Award to Joe Kelton on the evening of April 27, 2010 at the OTGRA Spring Conference dinner banquet held at the Cherokee Nation Hard Rock Hotel in Tulsa. Mr. Kelton, who was selected as Regulator of the year by OTGRA members, serves as the Director for the Osage Nation Internal Audit Department, and also serves as the Treasurer for the OTGRA. Other nominees for Regulator of the Year were Steve York and Barnetta LaBrada.
